I have worked in the health, fitness and sporting industry since 2008. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise management which has given me an understanding of human movement and the unique challenges of individuals.

 

I work with each of my clients to create a tailored fitness experience to help them reach their unique goals. This includes services such as 1-on-1 training, nutritional guidance, and exercise programs.
